Your privacy matters. Colvert SPRL processes personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. What We Collect
Our Airtable extension may access:
- Candidate names, job history, education, and skills
- Agency contact information (email, org name)
We do not collect Airtable credentials or store data outside the Airtable environment unless explicitly configured by the user.
2. Purpose of Processing
Data is processed solely for generating CVs. No data is sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Retention
We do not retain personal data beyond the session unless explicitly agreed in a separate agency onboarding contract.
4. Third-Party Services
Colvert uses secure infrastructure providers (e.g. Hetzner in the EU). All subprocessors meet GDPR adequacy standards.
