Colvert CV Airtable Extension – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Colvert CV Builder for Airtable. By using this extension, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. Scope of Service
Colvert enables Airtable users to generate structured CVs from tabular data. It is intended for use by staffing agencies, job coaches, and nonprofit actors.
2. User Responsibilities
You must ensure that any personal data processed via the extension is collected lawfully and with proper consent. You agree not to misuse the service or infringe on any third-party rights.
3. Intellectual Property
All software, interfaces, and content related to Colvert are the intellectual property of Colvert SPRL. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the extension solely for your internal professional purposes.
4. Liability Disclaimer
The extension is provided “as-is” without warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damage arising from use, including but not limited to data loss or formatting issues.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms or abuse the service.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Brussels, Belgium.
